Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

Return Shipping Costs
In most cases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label or another form of resolution.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as Shine Outstanding is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different item, we recommend initiating a return for your original item and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality control seriously. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will promptly work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
